Last few years I have been travelling around the world. This was an amazing experience – I have seen almost all 7 wonders of the world, I could to became familiar with lots of beautiful places and have met tons of amazing people. Unluckily, after returning, I realized I have ubelivable serious financial troubles.

I didn’t worry about that while travelling. This was just too charming and amazing scenario back then to care about something so mundane as finances. I just kept on telling myself that I am going to pay all debts easily when I am back home and have a job.

Nonetheless, I ended up with much bigger debts than I was able to pay off. And I knew that I had to take responsibility for my silly decisions and implement a recovery plan. First of all, I decided to conduct property valuation of my house. That was the only valuable thing I possessed. I inherited it a few years ago after my grandmother. Finally, when I was informed how much it was worth, I made a diecision to sell it. For part of money I had received I bought smaller apartment. The rest of the money was used to pay off the most urgent installments. When all most urgent installments were paid off, I was able to create a decent plan regarding how to pay off all other loans. I decided to focus at one loan at the time. I created a list of all of credits and started to pay off from those with the highest interest rates. After each loan I paid off, I felt a huge relief! Additionally, I changed the way how I purchase things. I was buying only those that I really needed. Even if something was very cheap, I asked myself lots of times if I really need that thing or I would be fine without it. At the end, when I understood that even if something is cheap, it will be a part of big savings.

What’s more, I also tried many other ways to reduce my expenses. For example, I stopped going out. Previously I had never thinking about how much money I was wasting on booze. Finally, when I counted that, it turned out to be a genuinely high amount. Nowadays, if I want to drink a beer or meet with friends, I invite them to my apartment or go to theirs. I stopped going out to clubs. At the end I would like to say that as a result of all of these steps, I did pay off all credots after one year. Additionally, I also learnt an important lesson – never consume more than you make! For more information, check this web site: .
